Robert is the management partner of Bailes & Co., P.C. He opened the firm in 1991. Robert earned his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Baylor University.

Cindy Henderson
Cindy has been with Bailes & Co., P.C. since the firm opened in 1991. Her interests include payroll processing, oil and gas accounting, and software consulting. She is an approved MAS 90 consultant. She also provides consulting services for Wolfepak and Quickbooks.
David W. Stafford, CPA, CFE
Dave joined the firm in 1992. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a former Regional Manager of Audit for the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
