We collect only the information necessary to provide accounting, tax, valuation, litigation-support, and consulting services. We do not sell client information, and we share it only as required to perform our services or as required by law.

Secure exchange of tax information

To protect the privacy of our clients in accordance with IRS regulations, we are unable to send tax information via email or fax. All tax information sent in electronic form is completed using our Secure Client Portal.

Third-party disclosure

In order to disclose tax information to a third party, we must have your prior express written consent on file. Once we receive your completed written request, we will forward the requested documentation to the authorized third party.
